They have a wider assortment of brew sizes, including 0.85 ounces of ristretto, 1.35 ounces of double espresso, 5.8 ounces of lungo and 14 ounces of Alto XL. They also offer a speedier process called centrifusion. It rotates the pods at 7,000 RPM so that more water to pass for better extraction.
In addition to improving the technology, VertuoLine has also increased the number of capsules that can be reused and introduced an environmentally friendly packaging system. They are now using 80% recycled aluminum for their coffee capsules, and are committed to increasing the proportion of recycled and low carbon virgin aluminum in future products.

2. Vertuoline
The Vertuoline is a recent addition to the Nespresso lineup. It is the only machine that can make both coffee and espresso. It has a built-in frother for milk. Vertuoline machines have a different pod system from the OriginalLine. The pods are marked with barcodes that the machines can read to determine the size of the beverage (ristretto or cappuccino), and add the appropriate amount of water. This eliminates the need for separate milk containers and makes it a lot easier to make the perfect cup of coffee or espresso.
In terms of quality in terms of quality, the Vertuoline machines produce crema that is more reminiscent of the thick foam you'll find at a traditional coffee shop rather than the light Crema found in the OriginalLine machines. However the OriginalLine machines still provide the best taste since they generate 19 bars of pressure, which allows them to better extract flavor from grounds of espresso.
The newer VertuoLine machines also use the process known as Centrifusion to spin the capsules faster and more evenly than Original Line machines. This improves the speed at which the water is infused and enhances the overall quality of the drink. The Vertuoline machines can also utilize a lower temperature to speed up extraction and increase the strength of the coffee.
3. Original
This entry-level Original machine makes a great choice for those with limited space or budget. It has a smaller tank and capsule container but still can handle 19 bar of pressure. This is more than enough to produce the espressos and coffees that most people buy Nespresso for.
It has a minimalist, black design, and the top button controls all functions, from powering on to rinsing and brewing. This is a typical approach for Nespresso machines. It makes them easy to operate and learn.
This model also comes with a jug that can be used to create drinks using foam. The machine also comes with 11 different milk temperature settings that allow you to alter the texture of your coffee or latte and can make both long and short cappuccinos and lattes.
It is easy to select a drink with this model's labeled buttons and the base of the holder's capsule is adorned with raised squares that regulate the amount of pressure that it puts on each pod to produce the desired beverage size. It's the newest addition to Nespresso's Creatista line and is manufactured by Breville (known as Sage in Europe). Sage, Heston Blumenthal’s company is the maker of the machine. Breville designed the thermocoil heating system.
The most interesting feature of the brand new Creatista is its automated steam and the frothing system. Place your milk pitcher on the temperature sensor that is below the wand, and the machine will take care of the rest. It has 11 settings which allow you to alter the texture of your milk. If you prefer a more traditional approach, you can also choose to froth the milk manually.
The Creatista's fast heat-up time is a further great feature. It can reach temperature in just 3 seconds, which makes it faster than other Nespresso machines. The design of the machine is sleek and beautiful and has a brushed body made from stainless steel that looks amazing on any counter. The high-resolution LCD provides simple navigation for setting, preparing, and maintaining the machine. The machine is available in four different colors that include black truffle (pictured) sea salt (pictured) damson blue (pictured) and stainless steel. The Creatista is also compact with dimensions of 6.7 x 15.4 x 12 in (WxDxH). It's the smallest Nespresso machine from the OriginalLine, which means it will fit perfectly on any counter.
5. CitiZ

This elegant espresso maker from Nespresso takes up less counter space than comparable models. It also comes with a fold-away cup tray that can be used to accommodate larger recipe glasses and mugs. This is a great feature for smaller kitchens, and makes it easier to use the machine when using larger recipes. It's also easy to re-create café favorites due to the 19 bar extraction system and quick heating time.
The basic CitiZ does not come with a milk frother, but you can purchase one on its own or as part of the CitiZ&Milk bundle. buy coffee machines includes the Aeroccino milk-steamer so that you can make creamy lattes and cappuccinos. This model can be used with reusable capsules, but they are not included.
It has a huge water tank that is 1 liter, and an empty container that can hold nine to eleven capsules. It does not automatically flush capsules that have been used after brewing, but you can lower and raise the holder.
The machine is easy to use and its sleek design makes it easy to clean. The model comes with a descaling option, but there's no indicator or button, and the procedure can be confusing. Gran Lattissima is a premium single-serve espresso and milk machine. It has a contemporary high-end design with high-gloss and matte finishes with stainless steel accents and an integrated glass touch panel. It is able to make a broad selection of milk and coffee drinks with the push of a single button, including Ristretto Espresso, Lungo Cappuccino Latte Macchiato Cafe Latte Flat White Foamed Milk and Hot Milk. It is compatible with OriginalLine and 3rd-party Nespresso pods (does not work with VertuoLine or Starbucks by Nespresso capsules).
One of the key differences between this model and the previous Lattissima Touch is that the model has nine drink presets and only two of them are milk based drinks. It does not have the option to choose the milk texture you prefer for a specific recipe, however, you can do so on the Lattissima Pro.
The model also comes with a reusable and washable milk container, so you don't need to worry about buying fresh milk or buying an additional appliance to use the machine. The container is easy to clean, and it can be emptied into the sink in a matter of seconds.
Another wonderful characteristic of the Gran Lattissima is its energy-saving function and speedy heat-up. It is heated in just 25 seconds, and has large capacity of 44 oz. The drip tray and froth container are easily removed for cleaning. It's also simple to keep your machine in top condition with regular descaling cycles as well as automatic cleaning cycles.
